Individual Therapy may be useful for someone who has a lot of emotional issues they wish to talk about, or who might not feel comfortable talking about their problems in front of others. There will always be the option that after some work has been done that a client may feel they are ready for group therapy sessions.

During individual therapy clients will be listened to non-judgementally, and will be taught skills they can use for the rest of their lives.

Psychoeducation

You will be taught a range of skills, a toolbox to use during lifes ups and downs. We will discuss how emotions affect us, and specifically how your emotions are triggered, and what effect these have on your mind and body.

Emotions

We will discuss all of the negative emotions that affect your everyday life and you’ll be taught how to change unhealthy emotions into healthy emotions. We can deal with Anger, Anxiety, Shame, Rejection, Depression, Guilt and more.

Individual Space

You will be provided with a non-judgmental space to talk about your thoughts and feelings with a fully qualified, accredited therapist who understands ADHD from the inside out. You can talk about what is on your mind and together we can reframe your thoughts.
