Hello, and welcome to ADHD Therapy.
Have you ever wondered why some people suffer with ADHD, others get by fine, and others thrive on their ADHD? If like many, you are one of those who suffer with ADHD, you are not alone. At some point throughout life, everybody experiences unhealthy emotions. Due to the differences in the ADHD brain, unhealthy emotions usually come quicker, are more intense and last longer. Throw in to the mix an unhealthy dose of self-doubt, shame, guilt etc, and ADHD can quickly put you in a very unhappy, unproductive, and lonely place. It can often seem like there’s no way out and that life is just going to remain tough. However, with the right knowledge and skills you can quickly dampen down the intensity of, and even rid yourself of unhealthy emotions. Here at ADHD Therapy, you’ll be taught a wide range of skills to give you the ability to lead a happier, healthier, more productive, and more fulfilling life.
Group ADHD Therapy
In these sessions which run for 10 weeks, you will learn about the ADHD brain, why things get tough, how to manage your emotions and make life easier. Everyone will get to speak about their struggles and learn from each others experiences too.
Group ADHD Mindfulness
In these group mindfulness sessions which run for 8 weeks, you will learn about mindfulness and how it can be very useful for ADHD, including controlling attention and helping with emotional regulation. Learn to master your own brain!

Individual ADHD Therapy
Individual therapy is an important consideration if you are really struggling with emotions, especially anger. I offer therapy for those with and without ADHD for a wide variety of conditions such as Anger management, Anxiety, Depression and OCD.
ADHD Support Group Talks
If you are a member of an ADHD support group, this workshop is for you. These talks will give an overview of what psychotherapy is, and how it benefits people with ADHD. They can include a variety of ADHD topics, be tailored to your groups needs and include a Q&A session.
