Individual Therapy may be useful for someone who has a lot of emotional issues they wish to talk about, or who might not feel comfortable talking about their problems in front of others. There will always be the option that after some work has been done that a client may feel they are ready for group therapy sessions.

During individual therapy clients will be listened to non-judgementally, and will be taught skills they can use for the rest of their lives.
